Today sees the formal launch of Volume 12, Issue 2 which is a Special Issue on Disability Inclusive Development. It is the second of two issues on this subject.

We would like to thank all of the contributors who have written papers for this issue, and all of the colleagues who reviewed papers and provided feedback to authors.
